This website has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, the phone number and/or email you give, the service you ask about, and anything you add about your pet, dates or needs. We use it only to reply to you about your enquiry.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you send the form, your details pass through Cloudflare to our email-delivery provider, Resend, which emails them to our business inbox at Gmail (Google). The website itself keeps no copy and no database of enquiries. Your enquiry is kept in our inbox for as long as we need it to reply, and Resend keeps a delivery record for a limited time under its own policy.

To keep the form free of spam, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that runs when you use the form and is not used for advertising, and it limits how many enquiries can be sent from one connection in a short time. Like most websites, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it.

WhatsApp, Instagram and Google

If you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy; nothing is sent until you press send there. Links to Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which have their own policies.
